Welcome to 2nd grade Mrs. Heinlein's classroom! This is my 14th year of teaching, and I'm excited about being at Oyster Creek Elementary. I have had the opportunity to teach third, fourth, and second grade at OCE. I graduated from Houston Baptist University, dawgs up!, with a Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies EC-4, certified in ESL and Gifted and Talented. I was Teacher of the Year for the 2021-2022 school year. 

In my spare time, I love to read, spend time with my family and photography. I have been happily married for 21years, and we have 2 kids. I truly love to teach and enjoy watching my students grow as learners!
