Hello!

Welcome to my homepage.

I have proudly served at Fort Bend ISD since 2006, teaching 5th grade, 3rd grade, and, most recently, 1st grade. I’m a former Campus Teacher of the Year and have had the privilege of mentoring new educators as a TAPP Mentor. This year, I’m excited to begin a new chapter as an English Language Specialist, supporting students and teachers in creating engaging, inclusive, and language-rich learning environments. As an EL Specialist, I provide targeted strategies and instructional support to teachers, empowering them to enhance language development for our Emergent Bilingual students.  

I’m a native Houstonian and a proud alumnus of Fort Bend ISD. It’s a privilege and an honor to serve in the district that shaped my own education. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two young children. You can often find me out for a jog, spending time with my family, or enjoying the outdoors with our kids.

I’m looking forward to collaborating with staff, supporting our English learners, and celebrating each milestone of growth. With a little hard work, dedication, and encouragement, we will help every student succeed!
