I am so excited to be teaching 5th Grade Math and Science here at Oakland Elementary! It is my first year as a Wildcat, and I cannot wait to see what growth we can achieve together. I am in my 6th year of teaching, all being in 4th and 5th grade. My prior years were spent in Lexington Creek Elementary and Lamar CISD. I am a University of Houston graduate with a Bachelor's of Science in Teaching and Learning. I love growing my teaching practice and learning new skills to better my classroom each year.

In my free time, I love going on walks with my four-legged son, Vince. Once he's tired, we sit on the couch, and I like to crochet projects for my friends and family who have two-legged children!

I can't wait to see the amazing progress our students will make this year!
