Fort Bend ISD Instructional Coaches exist to advance the achievement of all students by building teacher capacity to deliver highly effective Tier I instruction. Instructional Coaches partner with all teachers to engage in personalized, job-embedded coaching cycles that:

• Foster a culture of continuous learning that is reflective, collaborative, and public.
• Support the effective implementation of the curriculum using research-based, data-driven instruction.
• Build capacity in teachers to ensure they provide all students access to differentiated, Tier I instruction.
