Withdrawal Process:

• Fill out and sign an INTENT TO WITHDRAW form Intent to Withdraw

• Return INTENT TO WITHDRAW form along with a photo of Guardian DL/ID to isabel.arellano@fortbendisd.gov 

Upon completing these steps, the student will then be withdrawn from Fort Settlement Middle School.
