Learning character traits helps build positive self-worth, relationships, and community in our students. Our school-wide guidance curriculum is Quaver Ready. The program is a monthly themed character trait used in guiding students' learning.

The curriculum aligns with the district's guiding vision of all students being equipped for life as they learn and live the tenants of FBISD's Profile of a Graduate. Monthly lessons equip students with essential life skills for social and emotional resilience, foster classroom environments of respect, empathy, and cooperation – and set the conditions for academic success.
