Hello and welcome! My name is Ms. Hernandez, and I am proud to serve as the Family & Community Educator at Ridgemont Early Literacy Center. I have been with Fort Bend ISD since 2017, and this marks my fourth year at Ridgemont ELC. 

In my role, I am committed to empowering families by providing them with essential information, resources, and educational tools that support their meaningful involvement in their children's learning and development. Building strong partnerships between home and school is at the heart of my work.

I look forward to connecting with each of you and working together to support our students' success!
