ALL medications (prescription and over-the-counter) must be furnished by the parent/guardian in the original container with the proper written authorization. Please see the student health forms link or pick up a form in the clinic. The nurses will administer all medications (prescription and/or over-the-counter) with the exception of inhalers or Epi-pens that a student may need to carry with him/her for emergencies. Even those student’s self-carrying inhalers and Epi-pens must complete proper written authorization.
