Hello there! My name is Velckis Vallarta and I am beyond excited to join the amazing 3rd grade team here at Sullivan. This will be my 8th year teaching in Texas and I have taught 2nd and 3rd grade. I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of St. Thomas and graduated top of my class with Summa Cum Laude. I am super passionate about teaching math and science and cannot wait to meet your kiddos!

Outside of school, I love playing pickleball, pilates, reading and cuddling with my orange cat, Pikachu. I have two kiddos who are my world and add so much color to my life!
