Mr. Enoch Brown III, M.Ed.

Greetings, Thundercat Family! My name is Mr. Enoch Brown, and I am an 8th grade U.S. History teacher for both on-level and AAC classes here at Ronald Thornton Middle School (RTMS). In addition to teaching, I also coach boys’ football, basketball, and track.

I am a former FBISD Campus Teacher of the Year, and with over a decade of experience in education, this is my third school year at RTMS! I am a two-time graduate of Prairie View A&M University, where I earned my Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in 8th U.S. History and my Master of Education in Educational Administration.

My passion is to educate and enlighten today’s 21st-century child with the knowledge and skills that will help all students achieve dreams and possibilities once considered impossible. Students will not only grow in their knowledge and mastery of the 8th grade U.S. History content but also strengthen their organization, ownership, and responsibility skills. My goal is to help students master 8th grade U.S. History while understanding that history is not only learned but also created. I look forward to creating new, trailblazing “Thundercat” history together!

  • TUESDAY and THURSDAY AM (Morning) Tutorials

    8:20AM - 8:50AM 

    Students MUST have a pass in order to attend tutorials. Please notify me via email at enoch.brown@fortbendisd.gov if a pass is needed to attend a tutorial session. Written communication is necessary for reasons of safety and availibility. 

    TUTORIALS SPECIAL REQUEST: 

    If a special request for a certain day that is not Tuesday or Thursday is needed for tutorials before or after school, please email me at enoch.brown@fortbendisd.gov - for availibility;
