Hi FHE Families!

I’m Ms. Maria Mardy Rufin, and I’m so excited to be your child’s Early Childhood Special Education teacher this year! Teaching little learners is my passion, and I love helping children build confidence, discover new skills, and have fun while learning.

In our classroom, we learn through play, music, movement, and hands-on activities. Every child is unique, and I enjoy creating a space where each one can shine. I also believe in working closely with families—we’re a team in supporting your child’s growth!

This is my 23rd year in education, and teaching runs in my family. Outside of school, I enjoy karaoke, traveling, and binge-watching my favorite TV series.

 I can’t wait to get to know your child and your family. We’re going to have a wonderful year together!
