Welcome to 6th grade!  My name is Carolyn Freeman-Sabahi (I go by Sabahi) and I teach 6th grade Math.

This is my 20th year in education.  I have been a teacher in Fort Bend for the past seventeen years and this will be my first year at Ronald Thornton Middle School.  I graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where I started my teaching career.   

My husband and I have two wonderful sons who are both products of FBISD Schools.  My oldest son is a senior in college and my youngest son is a 10th grader at Ridge Point High School.

In my "free" time, you can usually find me attending my child's sporting events, watching television or shopping.   I also enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family.  

This is going to be such an exciting and wonderful year!
