Hello! My name is Donielle Lester, and with 15 years of experience in early childhood education, I am deeply passionate about shaping the next generation of leaders. My journey to becoming an educator was shaped by my own childhood experiences, where I faced many obstacles that helped me realize just how powerful education can be in transforming lives and futures.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Sam Houston State University and my Master's degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding the developmental needs of young learners. Throughout my career, I've come to love working with young scholars, especially because of their boundless energy and eagerness to learn. Their enthusiasm is contagious, and it's incredibly rewarding to watch them grow and discover the world around them.
