Mrs. Bell

Hello! My name is Macey Bell, and I am honored to be a kindergarten teacher at Heritage Rose Elementary. Teaching young learners is my passion, and I strive to create a nurturing, engaging, and academically enriching environment where every child can thrive.

I graduated from Columbia High School and went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. While at Texas A&M, I was an active member of MORPH—an organization dedicated to serving and supporting children in the foster care system in their transition to higher education. Through MORPH, I developed a deep commitment to mentorship, advocacy, and creating opportunities for student success, which continues to influence my approach to teaching today.

My Teaching Philosophy & Goals

I believe that every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential. My mission as an educator is to:

Lay a strong foundation in literacy and problem-solving skills to set students up for lifelong success.
Foster confidence, curiosity, and creativity through interactive, hands-on learning experiences.
Provide a safe and supportive space where students are encouraged to take risks, make mistakes, and develop a growth mindset.

Beyond the Classroom

With experience teaching both kindergarten and first grade, I have developed a passion for curriculum development and educational technology, continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance student engagement. As I grow in my career, I hope to make an even greater impact in shaping meaningful learning experiences for young minds.

I am proud to be a part of the Heritage Rose Elementry family and look forward to helping my students build a strong academic foundation while fostering their love for learning!
