This is my third year teaching at Sartartia Middle School.  I've been a certified MS Science 4-8 teacher since 2018.  This 2025-2026 school year I am teaching eighth grade science classes.  I am also the Tennis Coach and Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Teacher Sponsor for the school.

Prior to teaching, I worked as a Project Scientist and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Emergency Responder for an Environmental Science consulting company in Houston for seven years, became a stay-at-home mom, little church/VBS coordinator, and tennis instructor for 12 years.  I have a B.A. in Biology from North Texas University.  I am originally from San Antonio and have lived in the Sugar Land area since 2007. I am married and have four children - Katelyn Michelle (22), Kyle Michael (20), Kimberly Grace (17), and Kenneth Gabriel (14).
