Hello, Swamp Family!

I am thrilled to join the Garcia Middle School team for the 2024-2025 school year! This will be my first year at Garcia and my third year teaching in Fort Bend ISD. I will be guiding students through 6th Grade World Cultures and 7th Grade Texas History, and I can't wait to embark on this journey of exploration and discovery with them.

I am a proud graduate of Texas Southern University and a product of Fort Bend ISD, having been both a student and athlete at Thurgood Marshall High School. Beyond the classroom, I am a devoted husband and father to three amazing children, ages 16, 9, and 3.

My goal as an educator is to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued, respected, challenged, and supported on their individual path to success. I look forward to an exciting school year filled with growth, curiosity, and meaningful learning experiences!
