I am a Special Education teacher at SWE. I am so excited to be part of the SWE family.

I graduated from the University of Houston in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations. Upon realizing this was NOT my calling, my deeply-held desire to work with children began to tap on my shoulder. I originally started my journey towards teaching in the field of Speech and Language Pathology and Deaf Education. I am currently a licensed Speech and Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) as well. I spent six beloved years in my career as a SLPA, and then completed the requirements to begin my teaching internship at the end of those six years. 

I am so very happy that my journey has taken me to be a teacher at SWE. I look forward to working with your children.
