My name is Jessica Bagby, and I am ecstatic to be your child's 2nd grade teacher! It's going to be a great year, full of learning, fun, and adventure!

But first, let me tell you a little about myself. I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA and I moved to Texas in January 2014. I graduated in 2011 from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Communications and a BS in Spanish. After working in the sports broadcasting field for 5 years, I decided to follow my true passion and become an educator. I earned my alternative certificate from ACT Houston in 2016 and the rest is history!

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, reading, watching sports and movies, and hanging out with my family and friends. I am so excited to be a part of the SWE family and I look forward to working with you to bring out the best in each of the students.
