Medicine Policy
Students should not carry medications, except emergency medications such as asthma inhalers, EpiPens, and Insulin and only with proper paperwork on file in the clinic. If your student needs medication during the school day, please contact the clinic for more information. You can also go to the FBISD website under At Risk department for information on student health services.

Medication
All medication, including any over-the-counter medications, must have a MD order and be held in the clinic for use.Students with life-threatening allergies, asthma, or seizure disorders must have the appropriate Action Plan (found on the website below).
Students with the appropriate physician order can carry their own inhalers, if needed.

Please take these forms to your child's provider ASAP and submit the completed order forms to the clinic.
PARENTS must hand deliver all medication. Please do not send the medication with your student.
