Hello, my name is Lovisa Boudreaux-Robertson, and I am proud to be a returning Missouri Middle School Cougar. I am from Houston, Texas, and I received a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in English with a minor in Professional Writing from the University of Houston. I am certified to teach English Language Arts and Reading (6-12) and I have my ESL certificate to teach emergent bilinguals. This will be my 15th year of teaching, and I am truly excited about the start of this school year. 

I have a true passion for working with all students and helping each child progress in all areas of development, whether that be academic, social, or language. This is a challenge that I greatly accept each day. In addition, I strive each day to create a community of learners that is built around trust, and that nurtures growth in a positive, fun environment. 

A little about my personal life. I love cooking, spending time with family, and taking care of 3 fun cats, just to name a few things. 

Lastly, I look forward to working together with you as partners in your child's growth, development, and success this school year.
