Baines Middle School

Withdrawal Process:

• Fill out and sign an Intent To Withdraw Form

• Return INTENT TO WITHDRAW form along with a photo of Guardian DL/ID to Yolanda Williams via email, at  yolanda.williams@fortbendisd.com

Upon completing these steps, the student will then be withdrawn from Baines Middle School.
