I am a native of New York, but raised in Houston. I graduated from Smiley High School in 1988. Received my undergraduate degree from Sam Houston State University (SHSU) B.A in 17th Century French Language & Literature and have a Master's of Business Administration from Texas Woman's University, (TWU) 2018.
