Hello!  My name is Deidre Buckhalter.  I am the Math Interventionist at Dr. Lynn Armstrong Elementary.  I am excited to be apart of an amazing school community!  I provide small group math intervention for students in grades K -  5th.  I am passionate about math, teaching, and helping others. 

I received a B.B.A. in Business Information Systems from Mississippi State Univeristy. Later I decided to follow my passion of education and earned a Masters of Education in Elementary Education.  For the combination of my love for technology and education, I also earned a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with an Emphasis in Technology.  For the 15 years in education, I've enjoyed every moment.  I like to make each day and moment as a learning opportunity.

I am a mother to one daughter.  In my spare time, I like to exercise, read, craft, and spend time with family.
