Hello!  My name is Deidre Buckhalter.  I am the Math Interventionist at Dr. Lynn Armstrong Elementary.  I am excited to be part of an amazing school community!  I support teachers with math instruction.   I am passionate about math, teaching, and helping others. 

I received a B.B.A. in Business Information Systems from Mississippi State University. Later, I decided to follow my passion of education and earned a Masters of Education in Elementary Education.  For the combination of my love for technology and education, I also earned a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with an Emphasis in Technology.  I've had the joy of having over 20 years of educational experience. I've enjoyed every moment.  I like to make each day and moment as a learning opportunity.

My husband and I are the parents to an amazing daughter and son.  In my spare time, I like to exercise, read, craft, and spend time with family.
