My name is Mrs. Marie Davis, and I am honored to be your child’s Pre-Kindergarten teacher. This year marks my 20th year at Townewest Elementary School, and it continues to be a privilege to work in a field I am deeply passionate about.

Pre-Kindergarten is a pivotal year in your child’s educational journey. It is my goal to support each student in developing a strong academic foundation, gaining essential social-emotional skills, and cultivating a genuine love of learning that will serve them throughout their lives. I am committed to creating a nurturing and structured environment where every child can thrive and excel.

Parental involvement is a critical component of student success, and I greatly appreciate your support. I kindly ask that you check your child’s folder daily, assist them with any assigned homework, have them bring their daily supplies (water bottle, folder, snack, blanket, change of clothes, etc.) and dedicate time each day to reading together.

Children are among life’s most precious gifts, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to work with your child this year.  I understand the importance of open communication and partnership between home and school, and I welcome any questions or concerns you may have throughout the year.
