Coach Lee is a proud native of Abilene, Texas, and a 1993 graduate of Abilene High School. She earned her Bachelor’s degree with honors from Texas State University, majoring in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Health and Wellness. In January 2013, she completed her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, further strengthening her passion for education and leadership in athletics.

Coach Lee is married to her loving husband, Harold, and together they have two wonderful sons, Easton and Colt. Easton currently serves in the U.S. Navy, while Colt is a proud student at Kempner High School. Outside of school, Coach Lee enjoys spending time with her family, hunting, crafting, participating in outdoor recreation, and never turns down a fun game of Mexican Train dominoes or Pickleball.

With a teaching and coaching career that began in 2003, Coach Lee has taught physical education and health at both the middle and high school levels. She brings a wealth of experience, having coached volleyball and softball at the junior varsity and varsity levels, as well as track and basketball at the middle school level.

Coach Lee began her journey in Fort Bend ISD at Baines Middle School, where she served as the PE/Health Department Head and Girls Athletics Coordinator. Under her leadership, her teams earned numerous district titles across multiple sports, supported by a dedicated coaching staff and strong parent involvement. In 2018, she proudly launched Fort Bend ISD’s first middle school cross country team, which grew to include four schools and over 100 participants by the time she transitioned to high school.

One of her lifelong goals was to serve in a leadership capacity in athletics—a goal she has proudly accomplished as a campus athletic coordinator. Her dream is to one day continue serving students as a district athletic coordinator or assistant athletic director.

Coach Lee currently serves as the Head Volleyball Coach, Head Cheer Coach, and Athletic Co-Coordinator at Kempner High School, where she continues to inspire students through sportsmanship, hard work, and leadership.
