Howdy! Welcome to Ms. Garza's page.

I am so excited to continue teaching with my Willowridge Eagle family for the 2025-2026 school year! I am an FBISD alumna who graduated from Travis High School in 2020, and recently graduated from Texas A&M University. While in college, I participated in a teaching fellowship for two summers in a row with Breakthrough Houston, where I taught incoming 8th graders Integrated Physics and Chemistry. I also taught electives such as psychology and volleyball. This experience solidified my passion for teaching in the secondary grades and with underserved students (even though many think I appear like a secondary student myself!!).

I am passionate about biology and have a love for animals and the environment, which I hope to share with my students. My goal is to create an engaging classroom environment where curiosity thrives!
