I began teaching third grade in 2017 after being a substitute for a semester in Houston Independent School District. I have been fortunate enough to attend amazing professional developments, such as the Ron Clark Academy teacher training and Get Your Teach On national conference. These trainings completely changed the way I plan and deliver material in my classroom. I amp up rigor and engagement to create an unforgettable experience for my students.

 I enjoy hanging out with my family. They are known to volunteer at school events and provide prizes and supplies for my class.

I am very excited about this school year and cannot wait to see what the year holds!
