Greetings Lantern Lane Family and Quail Valley community!
I’m Shalisa Mosley, your Literacy Interventionist for the 2017-2018 school year. I am eager to be working with our yellow jackets to help enhance reading.
This is my 16th year in education and my 2nd year in FBISD. I am a graduate of the University of North Texas and currently attending Lamar University for a degree in Educational administration. In my spare time I enjoy visiting with family and doing exciting things with my wonderful 2 year old son Masen. I look forward to the places we will go this school year.

Mr. Steven Buckley
Hello! My name is Mr. Buckley, and I am changing positions at Lantern Lane from ABL facilitator to Math Interventionist. I have a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from SHSU and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from SFASU. This will be my 14th year in education, all at the elementary school level. I look forward to all the new adventures a new year and a new position will bring.
I am a husband of 22 years and a father of three: a senior in high school, a freshman in high school and a 5th grader. When I manage to find free time, I enjoy watching movies with my family, playing video games with my kids, and cheering for a kids at their many events.

Ms. Candice Bush
I am excited to begin my 18th year in education here at “The Lane”. I hail from the Piney Woods of East Texas and graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University. I have experience teaching grades first through fourth, as well as being a reading interventionist.
My family is what keeps me going. I have two daughters, ages eleven and one, and we enjoy traveling and spending lots of time together.
As I dedicate my time here at LLE, I look forward to seeing the growth in students, teachers, and the overall campus. We will definitely Launch Learning into a Universe of Possibilities this year.

Mrs. Julie Wilson
I am a Fort Bend ISD graduate from Dulles High School. I graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in education and, a few years later, from The University of Houston with a Masters in “Individual Differences” within the education department. After graduating with my bachelor's degree, I traveled to Germany and taught the United States army service members math skills in order for them to move to a different military field.
This is my 36th year teaching in Texas. My classroom teaching experience includes kindergarten, first and second grade. In addition, from 2000-2005, I worked as a literacy coordinator where I coached English Language Arts teachers on reading and writing practices. Since 2008, I have been an English as Second Language Specialist in FBISD, where I have been able to work with students and teachers in all grade levels. I feel honored to work at Lantern Lane Elementary school, where the staff welcomes all students and makes it their mission for children to succeed.
