Hello! My name is Yolanda Keller and I teach PreKindergarten.  This is my eighth year teaching.  I have previously taught PreK for 6 years and Kindergarten for 2 years, all at Lantern Lane Elementary.  I am married with 3 children, and I grew up attending Fort Bend ISD schools.  I attended Quail Valley Elementary, Quail Valley Junior High and Dulles High School.  I received my undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin, and I received my Master's Degree from Rice University. This is my second career.  I was a Human Resources Generalist before becoming a stay-at-home mom. I am excited about the upcoming school year!

I enjoy teaching younger children about the joys of learning, and it is such a wonderful feeling to see their faces light up when they learn something new about the world around them. PreKindergarten is the gateway to building a lifelong learners and I look forward to showing children that they can "pursue futures beyond what they can imagine."
