    CHANGE OF ADDRESS Instructions 

     

    FBISD requires these documents: 

    • Copy of Deed of Trust  or  Mortgage Statement  or  Lease
    • Copy of current Utility Bill (Electric or Water or Gas)
    • Copy TX driver's license with new address (change at www.texas.gov & provide receipt)

     

    Turn in documents to the Registrar Office:   Email to rphsregistrar@fortbendisd.gov

     or  Drop off at the Registrar Office  

            Remember to include your student's name!
