Hi there. I'm Kathy Leva and have been in education going on 17 years. I have one son in 8th grade and he keeps me pretty busy outside of teaching. I am the Math Specialist for Highlands Elementary and Sugar Mill Elementary. 

As a Math Specialist I wear many hats. My job description has me providing additional support for students, modeling/co-teaching with math teachers, creating assessments, desegregating data, creating curriculum, helping with teachers with their plans, gathering resources and presenting professional development for teachers.

I am excited about this year and I know it is going to be GREAT!
