Dr. Crespo comes to Clements from Crockett Middle School where he served as Associate Principal. Dr. Crespo has also served as a high school principal at Baytown Lee HS and Nacogdoches HS. Prior to the principalship, Dr. Crespo was a district coordinator and assistant principal in Katy ISD and Alief ISD. Before his administrative career, Dr. Crespo taught and coached in a few districts in the Greater Houston area with 4 years in Fort Bend ISD at both Kempner HS and Bush HS. Dr. Crespo earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Houston. He earned his master's degree in Administration & Supervision from the University of Houston-Victoria. He also obtained his Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He has been married 23 years to his beautiful wife Deysi, who opened Bush HS as the registrar and is currently the Executive Director of Katy Christian Ministries. They have two accomplished children. Dr. Crespo is originally from Queens, NY and is a die-hard NY Giants fan. He looks forward to heated conversations with all the Cowboy fans.

We will be strong believers in never being satisfied and in aa continuous cycle of improvement. There is always another goal to achieve and a way to improve on prior performance."
