• Highlands Elementary Registration

     

    Step One: 

    Complete the new student online enrollment on the FBISD website here:   https://www.fortbendisd.com/newstudent

     

    Step Two: 

    Submit required documents below via email to:  cynthia.lucas@fortbendisd.com

     

    Documents needed for enrollment:  

    • Mortgage statement or Lease Agreement in Parent/Guardian name

     

    • Current utility bill (electric, gas or water) – or email from utility company confirming service start date.  Bill must reflect Parent/Guardian name with same address as mortgage/lease agreement

     

    • Birth Certificate

     

    • Social Security Card (if available) - Pre-K students MUST have Social Security Card or Passport

     

    • Texas Driver’s License or Photo ID of parent

     

    • Immunization Records (must be SIGNED OR STAMPED BY PHYSICIAN and comply with Texas State Law)

     

    • Previous school withdrawal form and report card (if applicable)

     

     

    Additional Documents needed for enrollment in Pre-K:

    All documents listed above plus one of the following eligibility requirements:

    • Income – SNAP award letter or pay stubs for the last month for every adult in the household
    • Military – current military ID
    • Homeless or foster documentation
    • If qualifying for ESL – student will be tested

     

     

    Additional Documents needed for enrollment under a Dual Residency:

               All documents listed above

               Homeowner ID reflecting correct address

               Dual Residency Form – Notarized
