Greetings Terrific Titans!  I am so excited to introduce myself as Sugar Land Middle School's librarian! This is my 12th year in education. Prior to becoming a librarian, I was a middle school ELA teacher for 11 years, 7 of those years right here at SLMS! In fact, I am a proud product of FBISD! I progressed through our feeder pattern, starting at Sugar Mill Elementary, moving on to Sugar Land Middle School, and graduating from Kempner High School!  After getting my Masters in Library & Informational Sciences, I transferred from classroom life to the library, and I am so excited to build and grow readers.  When not focused on my educational practice, I like to spend my time reading, gardening, spending time with my family, and playing pool.
