This is my 24th year in education. Over the years, I have taught first, second, third, fourth, and fifth grade. My years in first through fourth grade were all at Flem Rees Elementary, and I also served as a fifth and sixth grade summer school teacher for two years.

I have now been a school counselor for nearly ten years, with nine of those years at Brazos Bend here in Fort Bend ISD, and this is my tenth year here at Mission West. 

I live in Katy with my husband, Greg. I have three grown children, three grandchildren and one grandcat. 

In my free time, I enjoy creative crafts, walking, traveling and spending time with my family.
