Hello everyone! I am Mrs. Baker - LeCompte. We are going to use best practices and data-driven techniques to educate students. 

Dulles High School is my Alma Mater. I attended many universities, but finally I graduated from The University of Houston University Park with a degree in finance. (Go Cougars) I was born and raised in Texas.  Growing up school was very difficult for me. This struggle has taught me with hard work and perseverance, I am able to achieve my goals. My goal is to show my students that they, too, can achieve their goals. All 3 of my  children attended Fort Settlement, and graduated from Clements High School. I love animals, water activities and sports, but most of all, I enjoy instilling confidence in students ability to learn.
