Greetings, All!  I am Elizabeth Marion, a Social Studies teacher in the Early College High School (P-TECH) at Willowridge. This is my fifth year at WHS. Prior to embarking on this exciting opportunity, I worked in higher education, administration and teaching. I also worked in public and private education, corporate, municipal, and nonprofit organizations. 

Originally from Los Angeles, I moved to Houston by way of New Orleans. I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Prairie View A&M University.  I earned a B.S.E. in Education in Social Sciences from Henderson State University and a M.Ed. in Secondary Education and Educational Technology from Arizona State University.

In my free time, I enjoy being with friends and family, traveling, sports, writing, the arts, and the great outdoors. Teaching is my passion. I am looking forward to a wonderful year of sharing in growth, learning, and opportunities with students. GO EAGLES!
