Background: My name is Ashaley Jemela. I grew up in the Katy school district and graduated from Katy High School. This will be my second year working in Fort Bend ISD. 

Education/Career: I earned my teaching credentials from the University of Houston. I was a teacher resident at Pecan Grove 
Elementary in a 3rd grade self-contained classroom. I also have experience teaching preschool.

About Me: I am excited to be teaching second grade reading, writing, and social studies this year. I enjoy my iced coffee every morning, listening to Taylor Swift, and reading a good fiction novel.
