Hello, my name is Hipatia Paz and I am very excited to be teaching second-grade math and science this year! This will be my fifth teaching 2nd grade and second year as Neill Longhorn. I am a proud U of H alumni and a product of Fort Bend ISD. I was born in San Miguel, El Salvador but my family and I moved to Sugarland, Texas when I was four years old and have called Texas home ever since. When I am not teaching, I like to spend time with my husband, our dogs Milo and Winnie and our baby boy Alejnadro. Some of my favorite hobbies are creating arts and crafts, going on nature walks, and traveling. I am looking forward to learning and growing alongside my students and can't wait for this upcoming school year!
