Mrs. Adeela Malik
Hello everyone,
My name is Mrs. Adeela Malik, and I’m honored to serve as the AAC and AP Chemistry teacher at William B. Travis High School. I genuinely believe I have the best job in the world! With experience teaching at both middle and high school levels and working in the chemical industry, I find joy in coming to work each day and being part of students’ academic journeys.
I earned my M.Sc. in Chemistry from Lahore, Pakistan, and later completed my M.S.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Administration, which included principal licensure, at Walden University in the United States. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry in Pakistan, as well as a Ph.D. in Education with a focus on Educational Policy, Leadership, and Management at Liberty University in the United States.
Outside of the classroom, I’m blessed with a wonderful family, my husband, and our two amazing daughters.
My teaching philosophy is simple: everyone can learn. I firmly believe that with the right mindset and support, every student can succeed, grow, and thrive.
I’m looking forward to working with all of you and getting to know each of you better this year. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime at adeela.malik@fortbendisd.gov.
Warm regards,
Mrs. Adeela Malik
