About Me

Welcome to Kindergarten!

Hello! My Name Is Ms. Hanks, and I’ve Been a Proud Member of the Dulles Elementary Family Since 2018. I Currently Teach Kindergarten, Where I Focus on Building Strong Foundations in Reading, Writing, Phonics, Math, and Science, While Also Nurturing Critical Thinking, Creativity, and Curiosity in My Students.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology Education from Texas Southern University. I am also a Certified Life Coach with over 10 Years of Teaching Experience.

This Will Be a Great Year for New Beginnings, and I Am Eager to Make a Positive Impact on My Students.

I Look Forward to Creating a Safe, Stimulating, Fun, and Rigorous Educational Environment Where Students Can Be Confident to Collaborate, Take Risks, Participate in Various Technology Integration Activities and Engage in Meaningful Learning.
