Fort Bend ISD (September 3, 2024) - Fort Bend ISD is excited to introduce the PAC Award, a monthly recognition for outstanding employees who contribute significantly to the success of Fort Bend ISD students and staff.

The PAC Award honors employees who embody the principles of Leading the PAC:

• Professionalism – Demonstrating integrity and a commitment to excellence in all tasks (who we are and how we show up every day)
• Accountability – Taking responsibility for one’s actions and holding oneself and others to high standards
• Communication – Effectively giving, receiving, and sharing information, which is essential to building trust
