Hello BPE Families! My name is Rozmin Jindani and I'm so excited about the community returning to our building this school year. This is my 16th year as an educator and my 6th year at BPE. In the past, I've taught fifth grade, sixth grade and special education. I truly enjoy teaching first-graders. Their enthusiasm for learning is contagious. It's always a joy to watch a student go from being a non-reader to a reader by the end of first grade!

I live in Sugar Land with my husband and two rambunctious boys, ages 8 and 10. I love to spend my free time with family/friends around town and in the community. My kids play all kinds of sports, so we are a very active family! As a parent and a teacher, I see education from all perspectives. I am a big believer in the "it takes a village" mentality, so I work in close partnership with my students' parents for support in all areas. My aim is for my students to reach their potential academically, and also to prepare them socially and emotionally for school and for life. Most importantly, we have tons of FUN in first grade!
